Jeff is a proactive, confident self-starter that thrives in competitive situations. As a former award-winning basketball coach, Jeff had the rare distinction of coaching All-Americans and NBA players, a lifetime winning percentage in excess of 80%, and experiencing the unique opportunity to be mentored by John Wooden, UCLA. Thus, Jeff is driven at being his best at whatever he does: career, family, or his hobbies of hunting, boating, and tennis.
Jeff is tenacious in attaining the determined goal especially for those he serves. He is an optimistic, charismatic leader who is very loyal and unselfish to his clients and family. Jeff is persistent in conquering the objective, which is why business owners trust him with their succession plans. He will not quit until their goal is accomplished.

This is evident in his experience of mentoring people as he has built and led a sales organization of 12,000+ individuals and developed sales forces in Mexico, Canada and England.
Jeff has served as International VP of Sales, Executive VP of Business Development, and CEO/President of organizations ranging from $2 million to $1 billion of revenue. He started his own company in 2006, SCB Marketing, which featured a high-end business publication, Space Coast Business magazine, sharing best practices and success stories of small and mid-market business owners in the Central Florida region. Jeff successfully exited SCB in 2019 and has since been helping entrepreneurs achieve the freedoms they deserve for leading and building their company. His book Dogs Don’t Bark at Parked Cars highlights timeless principles that will remain constant in the lives and businesses of successful people even with massive technology changes.
Jeff is known for his strategic vision and how to manage chaos; he is the classic multi-tasker for the successful obtainment of the goal. He is a tireless worker and is known for his 4:00am emails to get things done. He is the ultimate problem-solver by uniquely taking the complex and breaking it down to the simple fundamentals for a plan of action. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Troy University and earned a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration from University of Alabama in Birmingham. He resides on beautiful Dale Hollow Lake in Byrdstown, TN with his wife of 41 years, Judy, a retired flight attendant for Delta Airlines. They have three children and three grandchildren.
