Rob is the Owner and leader of TREP Advisors, LLC,  a nationally recognized firm specializing in succession and exit planning through mergers and acquisitions. With over two decades of international and transactional experience, Rob is sought after for his expertise in helping business owners leverage the M&A process to secure the best financial reward and legacy for years of hard work.

Rob joined TREP in 2022 to lead a nationwide team with more than 125 years of combined business ownership and $350 million in current M&A opportunities. The TREP team is known for its bold approach to M&A strategy and extensive buyer network. Rob is a certified M&A Advisor who has helped domestic and international business owners in home services, aviation, insurance, manufacturing, defense, professional services and healthcare secure their family’s futures through M&A.

He has a background in financial services and technology, including 17 years as a senior executive at Merrill Corporation in London, where he led financial reporting and investor communication for more than 200 capital raising transactions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As an entrepreneur, Rob founded TruDoss, a software company using distributed ledger technology for identity management. He holds multiple U.S. patents and has been featured in “Enterprise Security Magazine” for his pioneering work.

Rob holds degrees from Northwestern University, TRIUM (an Executive MBA partnership of NYU, LSE, and H.E.C. Paris) and Syracuse University. He has a Florida Real Estate License. He is a Non-Executive Director at Solad, a provider of solar energy solutions to businesses in Africa.

Rob and his wife, Brittan, have been married for 27 years. They live in Sarasota, Florida, with their two children, Ella and Jackson.
