Larry Battle serves as TREP’s Chief Implementation Officer, leveraging his extensive experience to support Advisors and guide clients through the complexities of the M&A process up to securing a Letter of Intent. With a BS in Accountancy (Cum Laude) and credentials as a CPA, complemented by an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Larry brings a robust financial perspective to M&A. His career path has been marked by significant achievements in acquisition integration, having executed his first acquisition at age 34 and personally integrated at least 12 acquisitions. After starting in financial and CFO roles, Larry transitioned into General Management and CEO positions, accumulating over 30 years of leadership in manufacturing and distribution, offering unique insights into these sectors.

Larry’s approach to M&A is centered on finding win-win scenarios, emphasizing listening to understand and meet client needs. His strongest skills include strong analytical capabilities and relationship building, which have proven invaluable in his work. He has acquired and operated two manufacturing businesses as CEO, showcasing his ability to close deals and manage and integrate acquisitions effectively. His career in M&A, predominantly on the buy side, has been driven by a passion for strategic growth and operational integration. Larry’s success stories include establishing deep rapport with clients, notably in transactions with Precision Shapes and Custom Caretaking, where his approach of listening, analyzing, and ensuring a beneficial outcome for all parties was fundamental to the success of the deals.
