Jim has been a founder, principal and chief operator of several small companies in the retail, manufacturing, and service sectors and has also worked extensively as a consultant on lender-initiated, commercial workout/disposition projects and as a Court-appointed Receiver for a variety of commercial property types. Additionally, he has participated as a developer of commercial and residential real estate projects throughout Florida.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Florida State University College of Business.
