Sarasota, Florida – TREP Advisors, LLC, a top 25 mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm for privately-held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Piedmont Plumbers to Strada Services, LLC. The transaction closed August 5, 2024.
Piedmont Plumbers, provides plumbing services for new construction and residential homes across the Carolinas. The company has 300+ employees in multiple locations and is recognized as a market leader for its expertise and responsive service.
Strada Services is a leading full service electrical, security, HVAC, and security/low-voltage contractor servicing residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Florida and in the Southeastern United States for more than 20 years.
TREP Founder Jeff Piersall, Compliance Director Heather Nicole and Financial Analyst Santiago Ortega managed the transaction.

Trilantic North America is Strada’s equity partner. Legal services for the transaction were provided by Rossway Swan on behalf of the seller and Greenberg Traurig, LLP on behalf of the acquirer.
